Content and physical description
ContentVáclav Mikota apologized to Edward Joseph Dent for the time delay caused by the failure to deliver the EJD address to which they had originally agreed. After many organizational complications, Josef Löwenbach ordered the VM to write him a letter. It was noted with great enthusiasm that EJD had proposed to hold a Council of Delegates during the festival, and asked him to suggest a suitable date. They also informed the British Legation of the visit of [Ralph Vaughan] Williams and his wife and [Adrian] Boult. The British Embassy is actively involved in the organisation of the festival. They are also obliged to inform the Embassy of any British visitors who come to the festival. VM also asks EJD to send them an article about [Ferrucio] Busoni. The RVW Pastoral Symphony has been submitted to the press. It would be useful for EJD to come to Prague as soon as possible to take part in rehearsals and preparatory work. He also informs of changes in the concert programme (BM [HALF-TIME] is to be performed at the second concert), which he sends with a pass that allows a reduction in the fare.
