Content	This is a declaration in which Zdeněk Zouhar on behalf of the University Library in Brno and Eliška Moravanová on behalf of the Women's Singing Association Krásnohorská agree to hold the concert in the premises of the University Library in Brno. The event is an Evening of Bohuslav Martinů on the occasion of his 70th birthday. The library will arrange promotion and a suitable space, but does not take care of the financial aspect, which will be handled by the other organizing branch. Attached is a copy of the invitation to this evening, which is to take place on 3 December 1960 and will conclude with the OPENING OF THE STUDIES.
