Content and physical description
ContentCharlotta Martinů sends Karel Šebánek a letter for Hans Moldenhauer, sent by SUISA. It tells of a meeting with ChM, who complained about the failure to fulfil the verbal agreement with HM that had been agreed during his visit to Vieux-Moulin in the summer of 1970. The agreement was apparently amended, in such a way that ChM has all rights, except those of HM, to perform the composition [CONCERT FOR HOUSEL AND ORCHESTRA No. 1] in the USA. SUISA Publishing therefore asks whether HM agrees with this position. ChM comments on the situation that they are still awaiting his reply and a new contract will also have to be drawn up as the letter has been lost. Ulrich Uchtenhagen now has a new member of staff dealing with copyright. There is therefore a chance that the whole situation will improve.
