ContentThis is a contract concluded between the State Publishing House of Beautiful Literature, Music and Art and Bohuslav Martinů for the publication of his work LOUTKY III. The publishing house acquires the exclusive publishing right under this contract. The work will be published no later than 31 December 1957 in a minimum edition of 1 000 copies. The royalty is set at 12 % of the print run price (but not less than 3 000,-). The contract is accompanied by a document in German - a request for registration dated 27 January 1958. The amount to be paid is 3 377,98 francs.
