The concerto [for piano and orchestra?] is with Boosey & Hawkes, London, who also have [performance] material. The cuts were made by BM. Is the 2nd CONCERT [for piano] being played [in CSR]? There has been some confusion about publishing rights, as RF is using a new version of the orchestra. Regarding the companies [response to previous letter] RF can't advise much. In musical news, he mentions interesting Italian composers Luigi Dallapiccola and Goffredo Petras, whose works are published in Italy. RF gives their addresses.
