Content	The National Theatre responds to a letter from Dilio [ID 7288] regarding a request to lend musical material for Bohuslav Martinů's work WHO IS THE MOST POWERFUL IN THE WORLD? The National Theatre concluded a contract with BM [ND 1927-02-18] on 18 February 1927 to perform this ballet. The contract stipulates that the National Theatre may not lend the musical material to anyone without the express permission of the author. It therefore asks for confirmation of the consent of the heirs of the copyright to the loan.
