Content and physical description
ContentMarie Pražanová is concerned about Karel Šebánek's negotiations with Charlotte Martinů regarding the estate of Bohuslav Martinů. ChM was satisfied on her last visit to the Museum in Polička. They gave the furnishings of the room where BM taught music. The Town Hall building is also to be handed over to the Museum. Nevertheless, MP is afraid that ChM in some bitterness will decide quite differently [to the detriment of the Museum in Polička]. For a whole year they have been raising money to pay for the work of a musicologist who would compile everything there is in the museum about Bohuslav Martinů. The MNV, the ONV and the KNV have promised funding, so it will take place in the near future. Otakar Kukla is not a musicologist, but he is arranging this necessary matter. The letters from BM to Sister Maria Martinů were donated by MM MP herself. MP is wrapping them in cellophane. Zdenka is translating some of the French letters to find out the musical references. But mostly they are personal letters.
