ContentBohuslav Martinů asks to be awarded the prize from the M[atěj] Havelka Fund for his orchestral cycle MISSING HALF, the score of which he encloses. The cycle consists of three parts. The work was included in the subscription concerts of the Czech Philharmonic and its second movement, BLUE HOUR, was performed, which was favourably received by the audience and critics.
