ContentBohuslav Martinů's application for the annual award for MAGICAL NIGHTS. The songs will be performed for the first time in the autumn with the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra with [Václav] Talich. BM would use the prize to expand the score and to write new works. If the annual prizes have already been awarded, BM asks that he be awarded a prize for the songs from the M[atej] Havelka fund, which he requests by special request [AVCR 1921-04-26a].
