ContentBohuslav Martinů asks the Czech Academy of Sciences to award him the 1200K prize from the Matěj Havelka Fund. He submits the score of the CZECH RAPSODY, which was performed twice in January by the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra. He would use the prize to further his studies and to pay for the costs associated with writing out the score of CZECH RAPSODY.
