ContentKarel Šebánek sends receipts for the material of the 2nd [CLASSICAL] CONCERT sent to [Paul] S[acher] in Schönenberg and the bill for the copy of the [FIELD] MASS. He asks for payment of 215,50 K. From 1 November KS is head of the music department of the Orbis on Wenceslas Square, where František [Martinů] can visit him. He has no news. He wrote to [Václav] Kaprál asking if he knew any more news about the sad fate of his daughter and asking if B[ohuslav] Martinů had written [about Vítězslava Kaprál]. He gives his address. PS did not say when the CONCERT [FOR PIANO AND ORCHESTRA No. 2] would be performed. Does he know anything about it? No decision has yet been made about [the financial contribution]. KS was preparing articles for the newspaper for BM's 50th birthday, but will not be allowed to publish them. He has to settle for a lecture.
