Content and physical description

Content	It is a renewed contract for theatrical operation of the work concluded between Dilia and the National Theatre. The contract covers Bohuslav Martinů's opera THE THEATRE BEHIND THE GATE (libretto by Leo Štraus) for the period from 1 January 1970 to 31 December 1971. The operating fee is 5% of the total gross income for each performance. At the end of the contract there is a special stipulation that the amount of the royalty is fixed on the assumption that the work will be used as half of the performance.
