ContentLubomír Čížek, the editor-in-chief of Czechoslovak Television, writes to Jiří Pauer, the director of the National Theatre, that the editorial office is preparing a broadcast of the ballet ŠPALÍČEK for the anniversary of Bohuslav Martinů. A preliminary agreement has been reached with the ballet's administration and now the LC is asking for permission to film on 2 November 1984. LC sends a schedule and asks JP to create conditions. After consultation with Bedrich Gregorini, Czechoslovak Television would buy all the tickets, as the lighting conditions necessary for filming would partially devalue the performance for the audience in the theatre. Payment for other services would also be agreed with BG. Once JP's approval is granted, an agreement will be prepared specifying all terms and conditions. In conclusion, BG thanks you for your understanding and looks forward to working with you.
