ContentIt is a contract between the Czech National and Estates Theatre and Bohuslav Martinů. BM assigns the exclusive right to perform its ballet ISTAR. It will provide the theatre with a piano recital, score and libretto of the work for the purposes of performance. BM will be paid 5% of gross income for each performance. Should the ballet be operated independently, the rate is set at 10%. The ballet will be performed at the National, Estates or other theatre in the Greater Prague Police District and will be performed no later than 31 December 1924.
