Content and physical description

Content	This is a contract between the National Theatre and Bohuslav Martinů, subject to the approval of the Ministry of Education and National Enlightenment. The BM assigns to the National Theatre the right to perform its ballet THE SPALICE at the National or Estates Theatre or any other theatre in the Greater Prague Police District. BM will provide the theatre with the piano score, score and libretto and the National Theatre may copy it. BM will be paid 10% of gross income for each performance. The first performance of the work will take place at the beginning of the 1933/1934 season.
