Content and physical description

Content	This is a contract for the theatrical performance of Bohuslav Martinů's work ŠPALÍČEK concluded between Dilia and the National Theatre for the period from 1 December 1972 to 31 December 1973. The premiere will take place on 7 December 1972 and the operating fee is set at 10%. At the end of the contract a special clause is added stating that the theatre has no right to negotiate with Czechoslovak Television for the transmission of the work. It is necessary to negotiate with Dilia and agree on the royalty terms. The theatre is obliged to print in the programme the information that all rights to perform this work are secured by Dilia.
