ContentThis is a contract between Dilia and the National Theatre in Prague for the theatrical performance of the works ISTAR, Conscience and Moravian Fantasy by Bohuslav Martinů, William Buck, Klement Slavický, Jiří Blažek and Vladimír Vašut. The contract is concluded for the period of operation from 1 May 1964 to 31 December 1965. The premiere must be performed no later than 29 May 1964. The operating fee for all works combined is 10% of the gross income for each performance. There is a special arrangement at the end that during the first three performances the third movement (Moravian Fantasy) will be replaced by George Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue. Notes on the state of affairs are appended to the document: ND sends the signed contract and confirms receipt of the counter-contract.
