ContentThis is a contract concluded between the National Theatre and Bohuslav Martinů, by which the latter assigns to BM the exclusive right to perform the ballet ŠPALÍČEK at the National Theatre, the Estates Theatre and, in the event, another theatre in the police district of Greater Prague. BM is giving the theatre a piano lift and its score with libretto for copying to the theatre. The theatre may not use the copy or score except for its own purposes. BM will be paid 10% of gross income for each performance. The first performance will be at the beginning of the 1933-1934 season.
