Content and physical description

Content	This is a renewed contract between Dilia and the National Theatre in Prague for the theatrical performance of the work PLAYS ABOUT MARY by Bohuslav Martinů, Vítězslav Novák and Vilém Závada. The contract relates to the period of performance from 1 January 1971 to 31 December 1972. The operating fee for Dilia is 10% of the total gross income for each performance. There is a special provision at the end concerning the fact that the theatre has no right to negotiate with Czechoslovak Television for the transmission of the work. In this case, Dilio's consent and royalty terms must be negotiated.
