ContentSUISA informs DILIA about the fact, that Charlotte Martinů now is their member and entrusts SUISA in all affairs concerning the maintenance of her husband's estate.

In a letter of the 16th of May 1960, DILIA asked CM to sign a written power of attorney dealing with the line of succession, and to send it back to DILIA.

SUISA requests DILIA for a statement, why Mrs CM should sign the paper and why she ought to have an authorized representative in Prague to deal with important questions concerning inheritance, debts and credits. They ask for getting sent a text with the legal foundation in German or French.

CM also forwarded SUISA an account of the 19.09.1959, that prooves, that DILIA is in her debt with a not even small sum. If there was an relation between the outstanding debt and CM not having signed the power of attorney, SUISA asks for clarification, and otherwise for a quick transfer of the money.

For future Mr. Streuli asks to having send all correspondency directly to SUISA, not to CM.
