ContentThe National Theatre Management thanks for the contract sent to them regarding the ballet SPALICE and reminds them of the following points: point No. 4 - they are counting on SPALICE also for the next season, therefore they ask to adjust the date in the contract, point No. 6 - they assume that the rental fee of 4 500,- is set once for all regardless of the length of the rental period, point No. No. 7 - they reiterate that the work will be performed together with Aram Khachaturian's Masquerade or Jan Kapr's Revolutionary Suite, the SPALICE lasts only two hours, therefore it will never be presented separately as a full-length work, therefore they ask that the amount of the royalty be corrected to 8%. In the attachment they return the sent contract with a request for the corrections to be made and resent for signature. Thereafter the amount for the loan of material will be remitted immediately.
