He is delighted that their trio has been mentioned among the best of the past year and hopes that this is just the beginning of a collaboration. [Bohuslav] Martinů loves the way LK plays his concerto [CONCERTO DA CAMERA] and RF is glad that everything worked out in the end. RF won't be able to be at the performance [the US premiere was February 18, 1949], but he will be thinking of LK.
