Lieber Herr Doktor Roth,



                Empfangen Sie vielen Dank für Ihren freundlichen Brief. Ich hoffe, dass Sie unterdessen auch die Partitur von Martinus “Gilgamesh” erhaltern haben; sie müssen sie aber nicht in einem Tag lesen, sie steht Ihnen gerne auch länger zur Verfügung!



                Kennen Sie diesseits des eisernen Vorhangs einen guten Cymbalum-Spieler? Ich möchte nächste Saison Strawinskys “Renard” aufführen. Ist Ihnen bekannt, ob Strawinsky dieses Werk ursprünglich russisch oder in der französischen Fassung von Ramuz komponiert hat? Ich will zwar noch in den “Erinnerungen” nachlesen, vielleicht ist Ihnen aber der Tatbestand gegenwärtig.
