Lieber Herr Doktor Roth,



               Als achtrag zu meinem gestrigen Brief möchte ich Sie bitten, mir die Gilgamesh-Partitur von Martinu spätestens in einem Monat wieder zurückzuschicken. Ich brauche  sie nicht nur  für die organisatorischen Vorbereitungen der Uraufführung. Das Exemplar trägt die persönliche Widmung an meine Frau, und sie hängt sehr daran, die Noten bald wieder zu haben.
