Dear Mr. Stein,



                I shall conduct the SINFONIA CONCERTANTE by Martinu at the BBC on 16th December next. Considering that only a few days before, namely on th 8th December, the Creation of the work takes place in Basle, it would be very desirable to have 2 sets of orchestra materials or at least of the soloists’ parts. Do you think you could urge the printing of the material in order to have 2 sets ready in time? I should by very grateful indeed if you could manage it.
