ContentDilia still has the draft contract from Boosey & Hawkes regarding the planned execution of the VESELOHRY ON THE BRIDGE in Czechoslovakia. He does not understand why B&H are demanding 4% of gross receipts for the Czechoslovakia performance. In previous correspondence - for example, in a letter dated 29-11-1955 - B&H accepted that in the countries listed in the Dilia proposal in paragraph IV [i.e., the "people's democratic countries, see BH 1955-11-14] the work was considered Dilia property. The writer illustrates this with a direct quotation from the letter and asks B&H for clarification.
