Content and physical description
ContentVítězslava Kapralová is worried about her mother's health. She informs them about the course of yesterday's concert, which she conducted. As part of the performance of CONCERT FOR CEMBALA AND LITTLE ORCH. B. Martinů everything was "spotless" unlike the rehearsals, only Josef Páleníček had a few entrances early, he was "probably drunk". However, they had counted on that.
VK met Adolf Hoffmeister and received an invitation to a "soiré[sic]" to the Pucks [private premiere of B. Martinů's SMITH QUARTET No. 4].
