Dear Mr. Vosburgh:
This will confirm the agreement between us an follows:
The Cleveland Orchestra, under the direction of George Szell, will perform the world premiere of the Viola Concerto by Martinu with Jascha Veissi as soloist on February 19th and 21st, with rehearsals on February 18th and 19th, 1953.
You agree to pay Mr. Veissi a fee of $250 for these performances. Said fee includes the rental and performance fee and the complete orchestral material.
If the foregoing is a correct statement of our agreement, kindly sign both copies where indicated and it will constitute a binding agreement between us,
