Content and physical description
ContentCzechoslovak Television contract with Dilia, Charlotte Martinů and Georges Neveux. Dilia, ChM and GN assign Czechoslovak Television the rights to a Czechoslovak television film based on JULIETTA. CST will hold them for the next 10 years, for all territories except the German-speaking area.
CST informs its contracting party in West Germany that the copyright for the German-speaking area is to be secured from Dilia and the right to use the German translation by Ludwig Kaufmann from Bärenreiter.
The contract sets out the royalty rates for ChM and GN and the accounts into which the sums will be paid.
For the Francophone area, the CSM will use the French translation by Bohuslav Martinů, completed by Eleuthère Lovreglie and Anna Maria Wurm. To use translations into other languages, the CST needs the approval of the Dilia. For the use of musical material in a Francophone area, the conditions of the specific location must be respected.
