ContentVirgilio Mortari thanks Jaromír Fučík and sl. Wildová for her help in the contact between the Biennale and the artists from Prague. They urgently need to obtain a list of names and personal details of the members of the National Theatre ensemble in Prague and the Prague Conservatory professors' association for entry visas to Italy and accommodation requirements. They need to obtain from Prague, also through one of the players, the score of the ballet [The Servant of Two Masters by J. Burghauser] and all the works performed, as well as the operating score for the technician controlling the radio transmission.
They still have not received the signed contracts for the concert on 22 September, i.e. from the members of the Prague Conservatoire Professors' Chamber Association and the Brno Chamber Choir[!], which they sent on 25 June.
The VM asks for help in sorting out the above situation.
