Content and physical description
ContentThe Dilia Theatre Department acknowledges receipt of the letter of 3.11.1969 to SACD. In response, they inform about the royalties for Georges Neveux.
For the performance of JULIETTA in Czechoslovakia, royalties for GN in non-transferable CZK were agreed as part of a previous agreement. For the period up to June 1965, 22,743 Kčs are deposited in GN's account at Živnostenská banka. The amount can only be made available to Neveux or his agents with the consent of Dilie. For the performances since June 1965, GN now has CZK 1 268.83 deposited in its account with Dilia, in view of the payments already made to him and J.C. Michaud, The remainder of Neveux's fees, derived from Czechoslovak radio or television broadcasts of JULIETTA, are deposited in GN's account with Dilia.
Bärenreiter Publishers and Alkor-Edition have been informed that the shares of the royalties to Charlotte Martinů and GN for the performance of JULIETTA in German-speaking areas are payable directly to France. If any amount was sent to Czechoslovakia by mistake, Dilia would transfer it to the account of Bärenreiter or Alkor and ask for it to be sent to Paris.
Dilia will reply to the other points of the letter separately.
