ContentThis is internal Dilia correspondence concerning the performance of JULIETTA on 25 February 1970 [probably 25 March, see DLA 1970-11-16] at the Grand Théâtre in Angers. The accounts department thanks the theatre department for the letter of 17/4/1970 and for the copy of the letter from Boosey & Hawkes in Paris. B&H only administer the musical material, so the 520 Kčs remitted (which the accounts office asked about on 27/2/70) is only a rental fee. Royalties are handled by SACD in Paris.
The Accounting Office asks to be told how and in what amount the theatre department has secured the relevant royalties and whether they should contact SACD themselves.
JULIETTA has also been broadcast on French radio. The writer asks that the Theatre Department give Mrs. Schmidt sight of B&H's letter of 2.4.1970 and possibly negotiate the same terms.
