ContentGeorges Neveux apologises for the late reply. He has just returned from the Cannes Film Festival, where he was a member of the jury.
Bronislaw Horowitz translated JULIET for French radio a few years ago. The opera was then sung with this text in a recital at the Pleyel Hall. The GN heard this version twice and was satisfied. He recommends Dilia to enjoy the text.
GN will be in Prague on 19, 20 and 21 June. He will be in talks with a member of the French television management about a possible co-production of a film based on JULIETTA to be made by Czechoslovak Television. Dilia is certainly familiar with this project and so is Charlotte Martinů, she was certainly asked for her consent first.
On this occasion, GN and Dilia will be able to meet and discuss this project and a possible performance at the Lyon Opera House.
