ContentThey regret that Bohuslav Martinů requires them to return the score of the ballet ON TOURNE! and the SEXTET and that he does not acknowledge their effort when it comes to the production of the SEXTET at Berlin radio. If the work is to be performed in December or January, it is not advisable to reclaim the score from Berlin radio now. He should think it over before they ask the radio to return the score. They are sending him the score of ON TOURNE! They comply with his request to be allowed to dispose all his works until they publish something new. However, they ask him to inform them about any new productions. They regret that they have not been able to deal with his works more thoroughly and hope to renew the contract to their mutual satisfaction soon.
