ContentTommy Banyai responds to Dilia's letter of 2 August 1963 and confirms the validity of his letters of 11 and 13 June.
TB asks for the return of the signed written consent [for the publication of the Czech translation of JULIETTA in SHV], from which the paragraph on the transfer of royalties to France is to be removed. He also asks for the signed contract with SHV and his contract with Dilia for JULIETTA, also with the paragraph about transferring 50% of the royalties to France omitted. He had already sent the agreement and contract to Dilia on 18 April 1963.
