Content and physical description
ContentDilia follows up on previous correspondence regarding JULIETTA. In the case of the performance of the opera, the copyright belongs to Dilia (the opera was premiered and published for the first time in Czechoslovakia). Dilia therefore does not accept the proposed contract as regards the share of the author of the draft ["librétiste"] Georges Neveux.
In the context of the performance of the opera, Dilia also provides GN with royalties of 1,5 % of the gross income. The amount is set with regard to the tariff in force in Czechoslovakia and the minutes of the meeting with Bohuslav Martinů of 13-15 July 1959 [see DLA 1959-07-15].
Dilia proposes that Neveux's fees be sent in crowns to an account at the Prague Živnostenská banka. GN would have them at his disposal during his eventual stay in Prague.
