ContentDilia replies to Tommy Banyai's letter of 21.8.1963 concerning JULIETTA. The letter surprised them, since they had already explained their position to the addressee on 3 May. They cannot sign the consent to publish [the English translation of JULIETTA, granted by SHV] or the contract. They ask the addressee for a new contract for the use of the draft ['libretto'] by Georges Neveux, according to which Neveux will be entitled to a royalty of 1.5%. TB agreed to this in his letter of 13 May. The royalties will be paid to Neveux in Czech crowns to the State Bank of Czechoslovakia in Prague.
