ContentTHE MOTHER WHO DUPAL exists only in manuscript because Bohuslav Martinů was unable to agree with the heirs of Rudyard Kipling on the financial terms of using his text draft during his lifetime. The composition is now of interest to the Komische Oper in Berlin through Dilia's representative in the German Democratic Republic [in the Czech concept "NDR"].
Dilia wants to renegotiate with RK's heirs if ChM entrusts the composition to her for representation. They need to know the current copyright situation of the composition. Does ChM have any documents from the negotiations with RK's heirs?
