ContentThe Supraphon publishing house sends Charlotte Martinů a copy of a letter to Hans Moldenhauer. According to the information they have received from the Copyright Office in Washington, they need to be shown that HM is returning the rights to the CONCERT FOR HOUSEL AND ORCHESTRA No. 1 to ChM and that ChM is transferring the publishing rights to Supraphon.
The publishing house is currently preparing the publication of the score and piano excerpt of this work. They are very pleased with Josef Suk's recording, which is very successful. [On the second page of the letter is an incomplete draft of ChM's reply confirming the transfer of the rights to the composition.]
