ContentJaroslav Šeda received from Don L. Roberts a photocopy of the score of the CONCERT FOR MUSIC AND ORCHESTRA No. 1. The Supraphon publishing house plans to publish this composition under sub-license. D. Roberts again informed them that the rights to this composition are owned by Hans Moldenhauer. It is therefore necessary for him to transfer these rights to Charlotte Martinů. JS is therefore very pleased that ChM has already contacted HM directly and asked him to provide evidence regarding ownership of the rights to this composition.
