ContentThe writer thanks Charlotte Martinů for her letter of 8 January 1969. He is glad that she received an autograph piano excerpt on the transparency of VIOLONCELL CONCERT No. 2. The publishers no longer have the autograph score (on transparency paper): they made copies of it (light-press?) in 1964 and then sent the score to AMP in New York. The writer writes to AMP today and has the autograph score sent to Charlotte. He will also ask for several copies of SONATA No. 2 FOR VIOLONCELLO AND CLAUVER.
The writer has no address for Martin Turnovsky, who is currently in the USA. The Vienna Universal Edition would certainly provide Charlotte with one, as he is now a resident in Vienna.
The writer thanks in advance for the scheduled shipment of Harry Halbreich's book.
