Content and physical description
ContentBohuslav Martinů is delighted that Sergei Koussevitzky has expressed interest in meeting him in New York. He would like to talk to him about his plans for the future. He asks if he would adjust the dynamics of SYMPHONY No. 3. For the piccolo on pages 2 and 3, he would like to change the mezzo piano and mezzoforte to forte and move the flute part up an octave. He writes that he wanted to visit SK when he was in New York, but unfortunately he fell ill.
