Content	Bohuslav Martinů apologises for the long hiatus caused by the premiere of SONATATAS FOR VIOLONCELLO AND CLAAVIER No.2 in Washington. He offers a more win-win solution: instead of the sonata for flute, violin and piano, which would have been interpretationally demanding [MADRIGAL SONATA], he will compose a PIANO QUARTET, which will be performed by the Chamber Music Guild Quartet at the League of Composers concert.
