Content and physical description

Content	František Popelka informs Miloš Šafránek that he has found a 1948 edition of the magazine Jitřenka. He encloses a copy of the requested article about František Martinů, his family and the fact that a play by Luigi Pirandello "Six Characters Seeking the Author" with music by Bohuslav Martinů was performed in Polička on 29 August 1929 by an amateur theatre group. BM writes about the cooperation with the Polička amateur theatre in a letter to Maria [Martinů], mentioning the performance of 'Agnes'. FP is looking forward to the new book of the MC and writes about the MC's contacts with FP's son Isha. FP congratulates MS on the book on Francis Tichy and asks for information on other literature about this artist. BM's SOLDIER AND DANCER will be performed in Olomouc on 16 October [1966]. The director of the museum [in Polička], [František] Bukáček has lent them the original score. FP thinks that the score should be lent only for copying, just as Dilia wants to reproduce the score. He asks for the opinion of the MC.
