ContentBohuslav Martinů writes to Charlotte Martinů to thank her for her kind words and to inform her of his recovery after his release from hospital. He states that he is making great progress and is happy to finally be out of the hospital. The stay at the facility was difficult, but it is good that ChM was not there with him because she would have been unhappy. [Louis-Marius] Speyer picked him up. BM paid [André] Beauseigneur, hopefully this will speed up the arrival of the package that ChM is expecting. He is happy that the Luboschutz family visited him often. He also received a letter from [Arthur] Honegger who is excited about the concerts.
