Content and physical description
ContentBohuslav Martinů is delighted that his SMITH QUINTET will be performed at Elisabeth Sprague-Coolidge concerts. BM spoke with members of the Roth Quartet who were very enthusiastic about the reception of the ESC in the United States. BM would be very happy if the ESC could arrange to perform the QUINTET in Paris as well. BM has gotten a publisher in Paris for the QUINTET, but has no copy, so he is asking the ESC for a copy of the original. BM concludes his letter by asking for a list of competitions in Washington.
