Content and physical description
ContentRepresentatives of the Dilio Theatre Department had received their letter of September 5, 1966, and wished to clarify the matter regarding the representation contracts with Heugel and their firm. Dilia wishes to point out that the contract of 23 May 1966, established in conjunction with Boosey & Hawkes, relates only to ballets by Czechoslovak composers. Furthermore, Heugel is entrusted with the representation of Czechoslovak operas, Bohuslav Martinů's opera JULIETTE being an exception. It follows that these two contracts in no way jeopardize mutual cooperation, nor do they conflict with the negotiations that Dilia had with B&H and Heugel. They hope to clarify the situation and avoid any misunderstandings.
