ContentKunc replies to BM's letter [dated 14 August 1935]. He unsuccessfully called Kolář to ask him whether the Smetana Foundation jury would need the score of BM's submitted work [Games about Mary] or whether a piano extract would suffice. He will try to contact him again. If the jurors have heard this BM work, perhaps a piano extract will suffice. However, it will be up to the Jubilee Foundation's curatorial committee or Kolar, its secretary, to decide. If Kunc is on the jury, he will support BM because he holds BM's work and the Plays about Mary in high esteem. He wants to give a concert of BM's works at the conservatory [in Brno] and asks BM which works he would like to have performed there.
