ContentJan Kunc thanks BM for his letter, New Year's wishes, and gives detailed information about the job description and salary conditions of the position of professor of composition at the Brno Conservatory, which BM was interested in. The writer goes on to explain the circumstances in which the misunderstanding between BM and the Ministry [of Education and Enlightenment of the Czechoslovak Republic?] arose because BM had already once turned down the post of professor at the Brno Conservatoire. The writer admires BM's courage to try to make a name for himself in the world and describes the details of BM's eventual appointment as professor of composition in Brno. The writer is not satisfied with the outcome of the award from the Setano Jubilee Foundation and looks forward to the Moravian Dances [Ronda H.200] BM is to send him.
