ContentBohuslav Martinů sends back a signed copy of the contract [for CONCERTO DA CAMERA], which he has accepted even though he does not understand it. Which company is referred to in paragraph 3? BM wrote ASCAP, but Universal Edition, Vienna may be referring to BIEM, which is in charge of radio performances.
Many thanks for Janáček, he will return the score soon.
They are to let him know about the piano part in CONCERT [DA CAMERA]. He may ask Boosey & Hawkes for a copy of the score so that he can make corrections to it.
